These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Costa del Tennis website (operated by Costasport LLC, doing business as Costa del Tennis). By accessing or booking through this website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this site or book any services.

1. ABOUT COSTASPORT LLC / COSTA DEL TENNIS

Costa del Tennis provides adult tennis camps, coaching holidays, and related services in Spain.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

This platform is intended for adults.
Users must be 18 years or older to access, book, or participate in Costa del Tennis services.

We do not knowingly serve minors or accept bookings for individuals under 18.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

Costa del Tennis provides:

All services require advance payment and are subject to availability.

4. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CURRENCY

By booking a camp or coaching service, you agree to pay the listed fees in Euros (EUR).

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Because our camps require court reservations, coaching schedules, and fixed vendor commitments, cancellations impact our ability to operate fairly.

The following refund rules apply:

More than 30 days before camp start date

→ 75% refund of the tennis fee

15–30 days before camp start date

→ 50% refund of the tennis fee

14 days or less before camp start date

→ No refunds

Additional Notes

• Rain days are non-refundable.
  We will make every effort to adjust schedules or offer makeup sessions. If tennis cannot be rescheduled, missed sessions may be rolled over to a future camp week, subject to availability.
  
  
• For cancellations within 14 days due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend travel insurance to cover your costs.
  
  

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & SPORTS ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER

Tennis is a physical sport that carries inherent risks, including injury or accidents.
By participating in Costa del Tennis activities, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

Costa del Tennis and its coaches are not liable for:

• Injuries sustained during play
  
  
• Accidents on or around the courts
  
  
• Physical strain or health issues arising from participation
  
  
• Loss or damage to personal property
  
  

Please consult your doctor before beginning new physical activity.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Costa del Tennis limits its liability for any claim to the amount the user paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Acts of third-party vendors
  
  
• Accommodation or transportation issues
  
  
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

If a resolution is not reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
