Tennis Camps
Tennis Camps are only for juniors and adults. Our programs typically include 4.5 hrs of tennis (3.5 hrs of coaching + 1 hr match for adults) and for juniors in Barcelona the programs include 3.5 hrs of coaching + 1 hr fitness + tournament entry. Mallorca is our most intense option including available boarding for juniors.
Some refer to tennis camps mainly for juniors, but the truth is they are for both adults and junior tennis players.
Typically they are set for specific time periods from 1 - 2 weeks or for the entire Summer. Some put on tennis camps for all ages & abilities, introducing people to the game, while others schedule tennis camps for teams or intensive training periods for players at a more competitive level.
Tennis camps can be day run (half or full day) or offer boarding options. Usually tennis camps run no less than 3+ hours per day. A solid curriculum would include; training in technical, footwork, strategy and fitness. Rarely will you find a junior program without fitness.
